This policy explains what information the Ian Katz Team at Compass collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form, we receive:
- your name, email address and phone number
- the subject you pick and any message you write
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are read and roughly where visits come from. It sets cookies in your browser and sends this information to Google, which processes it under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not ask you to create an account.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry and, where you have agreed, to stay in touch about buying or selling. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it
Contact form messages are delivered to our team by email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. The website is hosted by Vercel, and pictures are served by Supabase; like any web host, they may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the service.
The Ian Katz Team is affiliated with Compass, a licensed real estate broker. Information you share with us as part of a transaction is also subject to Compass's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to help you, and for any period the law or our brokerage requires.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you. Write to theiankatzteam@compass.com or call (917) 439-8694.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page, with the date it last changed.
